Well i started getting chest pains last night around 10pm, and thought it was cramp at the time...

Well it didnt go and this morning i got dragged to hospital because my mum and dad thought i was having a heart attack....

Turns out after a ECG, Chest XRay, and numerous Blood tests, i have Peri-Cardi-tis which im told is an inflammation of the membrain surrounding the heart, which causes your heart to rub against your lungs and chest cavity causing pains accross your chest "feels like your getting stabbed every time you breath"

Well after a good 10-12 hours in the hospital they figured it all out and sent me packing with a anti inflamitory injection, and a 7 day course of Dicloflex "Diclofenac sodium" which is ment to keep the pain down to a reasonable level.

It seems to be working but ive been "advised" not to use the computer for anything over 5-10mins. and to spend most of the next 2-3 days in a comfortable position resting =D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay!! my chest isnt hurting like hell today xD, today is another "take it easy day' and ill be dragged into gardening or something tommorow...

still cant go running or put strain on my heart till next week =[
