As most of you know around here I have been putting a new pc together, took just over 5 weeks to get all my parts together but i did it =]

ill list what i bought and cost first.

Case : Thermaltake VA 3000 Series retails at about 90 quid but i bought it good as new of a mate *cough* Purple *cough*

CPU : Athlon 64 3200 939 129.63

GFX : 128MB XFX PCI-E GForce 6600GT 134.53 the one i originally wanted was out of stock.

Ram : 1 Gb (2 x 512 Mb) Corsair TwinX, DDR, PC3200C2PT, Cas 2, Lifetime Warranty 91.87

Motherboard : Asus A8N-SLi (Standard), ATX, DDDR400, PCI-E, Gbit Lan, USB 2.0, 1394, 8ch Audio, 4 x SATA, Raid 91.52

Sound : Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS 71 THX Retail UK 65.86

HDD : 2 x 120Gb Seagate Barracuda (7200rpm,8MB) - SATA with NCQ running raid 54.61 each and 160Gb Seagate Barracuda (7200rpm, 8Mb) - SATA - NCQ 60.21

PSU : 480W XClio-SCF aPFC Super Silent (21Db) 12cm Fan 8/20/24 + SATA+PCI-E+Super Cooling Function 47.58

Some floppy and CDR/DVD for 30 quid

A Logitech MX510 for 35 quid

And a new flatron 19 inch monitor for 90 quid.

Sennheiser headphones at 35 quid.

and a razor exact mouse mat which nathan now owns.

All in all close to 1k but im happy with it, in the near future i want to get another gfx card and run it in sli mode.

CSS is so much smoother and i didnt realise farcry has proper grass!!

cant smoke it tho
