Felon Insomnia

Last night I decided to grab an early night as I knew I was up early for work today.

10:30pm I climbed into bed, I had only had 1 can as im in the middle of cutting down. nodding of and everything is going great, midnight i wake sweating my nads off, i tossed and turned and just couldnt get back to sleep.

I decide to get up and have a brew and a cig, cold at the back door even tho it feels mild in the kitchen i was wide awake so i turn telly on in the kitchen and on sci-fi channel it an all time classic "day of the dead".

I watch that through till 2:30am and still no sign of sleepyness grrrr.

Watch some news for a bit about the pope and decided i need to get some sleep, its now 4am and i have to be up for work in 2 hours

do i feel like shite ? you bet.

should of just got pissed and played a load of late night COD.

happens to me all the time... my usuall bedtime is 2:30am and thats when i get in bed i usually read for an hour too :/

then im usually up at about 7ish

i guess i just dont need much sleep ...
