if its better than the mx510, which it is, you cant go wrong

me personally the mx510 is awesome, the mx518 can only be better, i also have the razor, which also has 1600 dpi, and is so accurate, bit on the small size,

the mx518 looks great, go get it

Too expensive atm, ill either wait a bit and get that or just get the mx 510, does everyone agree that the mx 518 is much better though? they both have the same dpi.

Negative, Logitech do not have any nice mice.. I personally prefer my brilliant Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 4.0, which is being used with a SteelPad 4D..

i like my G-Max EzBrowser which is being used with the back of some photo glossy!

Oh I got an mx518. Ive had an mx500, mx510 and now mx518. (Had a brief spell with a mx1000 hated it though )

Tbh the mx518 wipes the floor with any mouse in my experience, even the 510 . Its unbelievably good for bf2, its like the perfect bf2 mouse.

Ive got it set up so i have 4 sensitivity settings;

1 mega slow; Great for long range sniping and delicate moves in choppers, landings hovering etc.

2 Normal speed (around the same my mx500 was); Use this for general running around and cruising in choppers

3 Slightly faster; Use this for close quarter combat on foot and evading missles etc in choppers

4 SUPER fast; Only use this for choppers, handy for chopper v chopper fights as you need to be able to turn quick.

Can change sensi extremely easy, got a + and - button on the mouse which are easy to get to. Its also smoother than the mx500 and more accurate even at 800dpi. Its so good once you've got used to switching sensitivities. Plus it looks sweet, recommend it to anyone.

i think im gonna get myself a mx510 soon... depending on if i can afford it

Ive heard good things about the mx510 and mx518. Personally im using a intelli 1.1 its too small if you have big hands. So im either gonna try out the mx518/10 or try the intelli 3.0

Any1 know where i can get a 3.0, they are really hard to find these days.

The new one, looks just like the 3, but has a tilt scroll wheel too, you could probably still get a 3.0 if you loked hard enough though, google is your friend.

Yea Knife^ got a 3.0 but it was in a pack of two. I probably could find one but would be extremely hard. I might try out the mx518 if i cant find the 3.0 thanks mani
