Battlefield 2142 open beta planned for August  by James B at 16:29

ActionTrip sent a few questions to DICE and apparently an open beta for Battlefield 2142 will commence sometime in August, followed by a demo shortly before the full release of the game.

GameSpy also have a new interview up with Senior Producer Marcus Nilsson, discussing the new Titan mode.

Nice idea, but you know they'll change it all in the first or second patch so its pointless.
