Got a letter in the post this morning from BT, from 15/03/05 we will be upgrading your broadband service from the 512k speed to the new and improved 2mb service, and at no extra charge. 17.99 a month for crappy BT 2mb line is a steal imo

brother told me that with the upgrade with NTL the upgraded from 512k(going to 1mbit whatever) will be the same pricr as the update with 1mbit(going to 3mbit) ... some shit like that..

if ppl have brains they will pay 1mbit asap for the upgrade

They upgraded me from 1mb to 2mb a week or so ago, plus reduced me monthly fee to £27 instead of £29

Thing is, its been well twitchy ingame so far, the 1mb was far smoother

im on ntl & sposed 2 b upgraded 2 1.5mb from 512kb whereas 1mb ppl r gettin 3mb. But my net is poor atm.

if you upgrade thay cap you so it wont be worth it if u dl alot of use a lot of net traffic
