Smoking is VERY VERY VERY VERY bad, so you should all be good little people and quit like me!

I haven't had a ciggy for one week now! And I'm feeling on top of the world

I stopped about 18 months ago. A good decision tbh

I dont smoke ciggerettes. But there are some other magical things you can smoke which i think are much better

8.5mph .... not bad i guess.. i run between 9 and 12mph when im running
