Tonight, May 4th 2006 at approximatly 8pm GMT London Edinburgh Lisbon London. I indeed, made a bit of a faux pas that resulted in my ingame speed being slightly quicker than was originally intented by the games designers. Nontheless, I am here to face your wrath and appeal to the most vital part of humanity.... forgiveness.

In the Bible it says they asked Jesus how many times you should forgive, and he said 70 times 7. Which by my calculations means, i still have a few more chances left!

Or in the words of the wise Mahatma Gandhi

Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.

For those who have known me for all these long, troubled years. They know this can only be a result of the near constant harassment i have always received in the uk gaming scene because of my ethnic origins.

Nor do i smoke copious amounts of ganja

It is clear that tonight at 8 (pm GMT London Edinburgh Lisbon London) i clearly just snapped. And, in what must have been a near black out, did a Ben Johnson.

I offer my humble apologies to the gs cs team, the community at large and (of course) our fearless leader Mani. And i can only hope you heed the Mahatmas words and forgive a poor dutchman!

I've known ralf for several years and he hasnt never done anything like this to my knowing. im in complete shock and cant believe this has happened but i can understand why he had to snap. you can only take so much. id be telling a lie if i said i didnt shed a tear in that emotional blog entry. being a strong man if you dont believe me just look at these guns i forgive ralf.

Hi, my names Gun.........jon Gun baby, ive known ralf for years also, we made friends while i was on a trip to holland to consume copious amounts of ganja, it was then i thought "this guys got guns baby wooooooooh" anyway, after years of knowing him i know he would never do this kind of thing without severe provocation of the extreme nature which he had to go through during this match, which is why he should be forgiven. As a close friend I will instruct my lawyers to mount a vigorous defense, using all available appropriate arguments. But legal language must not obscure the fact that he has done wrong. This reminds me of the events of the great storm of 88, 9/11, 7/7, 21/7, JFK shooting, Elvis dieing, chris waddle missing the penalty in the 1990 world cup - you will never forget the day and the time (8pm GMT London Edinburgh Lisbon London) of exacly where u where when Ralf Josef Luit Adang was caught hacking. Lets forgive and forget and make peace with each other. Ah Men.

Thank you etaf, and yes i do have exceedingly big guns. I am an honourable and an integral man (shades of david palmer and mike novic) i would never lie for the sake of lying either, we must put this behined us, reinstate Ralf and hope this incident never happens again.

Malis, i wouldnt post such rubbish if i was you, this is free speech at its best and we will have our say. And as Ralfs Legal advisor and speech writer in such situations.We need to be as one on this case and help Ralf the good man that he REALLY is through this and in this, I ask for your prayers and for your help in healing our cs community. And though Ralf cannot move beyond or forget this - indeed, he must always keep it as a caution light in his life - it is very important that our community move forward. Ralf is profoundly grateful for the support of so many around the CS community that have stuck by him in such hard times which he hopes will continue. Thank you.

This just proves how much CS hasn't grown up. Move on, pipe down, go post on UKCT or whatever it is that serves up important news for the 'scene'. I knew Rav in beta cs and he is a top, top guy with a booming voice, but this is all just utter crap. Drink in the bs if you want, but don't let it dribble onto the rest of us.

I have also known Ralf for many a moon. All I can say is he must of had a rage black out when he snapped. This is a medical condition and he should not be treated with such contempt as which he has. Since it was clearly not a conscious decision from Ralf I do not see that there is any thing to be forgiven and he should be reinstated instantly! Anything less would be a breach of human rights.
