HI, i hope to be starting a new cod team with a bit of luck and time and effort and trust things can lift off *I HOPE*. God bless  Any pointers on starting a new team? please feel free to advise me

I'd make a strict policy of over 16s only, with preference to over 18s. You'll still get hassled by kids saying I'm really mature for my age bla bla. But stick to the rule and you'll save yourself a lot of problems. I always thinking vetting someone personality wise is in many ways far more important than just judging them by their skill. It's all very well recruiting this super duper player, but if they only stick around for a week it's f all use to anyone.

Btw felon i am from London XD that talk about welsh people was another topic on irc I hope me being from london is not a problem   Also thanks for the advice a team that revolves around the same age group is a key point i think lets see what happens
