Typical Politician Verwaayen ... if you don't like the question then answer it with an answer to a question you do like i.e. 1st question from the public is around performance issues & Verwaayen comes back with a progress report on DSL Max rollout .

I love it when they do that, it just conferms that there an issuse

ive had 8mb DSLMax since the 18th of april, nothing but trouble, disconnecting about 30+ times a day, they kept trying to tell me that it was my end, eventually on the 31st of may, they got an engineer out to me, he said that even the engineers of OPENREACH (company opened by bt for bt engineers only), that they dont even know how to fix the problems. eventually after he sat there for about 4 hours, using his own laptop connected to my line, we found 7000 errors on the line, 5 mins later after a phone call, it was all sorted. Now they are trying to charge us for the time between the upgrade and when it was sorted. even tho in the beginning they said we wouldnt have to pay for it :S
