As an Offical Old Fart, I have to say that all of the TV skits from the 70's are practically embedded in my soggy noggins' memeory banks. I have a friend of >35 years who used to watch the show with me and our motley crew on Wedensday nights. An entire evening devoted to British humor (gag : Benny Hill, hussas : the Python. We have developed a languge bulit up around these vignettes that defies description. So, with that, my all time favorite is, THE MORTUARY SKIT!
"Well... yeah, but not raw! Not raw! we'd cook 'er first, some celery, garlic... She'd be delicious!"
Howls of derisive laughter Bruce....

Life of Brian is a much better movie for me, much better. Holy grail is very amusing though.
Like Magicky I love TV shows, though I've only seen re-runs, what was it called, 'And now for something completely different'? or was it 'Monthy Pythons Flying Circus'? or both?
Either way, the four yorkshiremen sketch is my favourite

Don't know whether or not you the the sketch, but I'm not a rich successful old Yorkshire businessman no.
Basically it's 4 of the above talking about their humble beginings after a dinbner party and getting steadily more exaggerated. it's hilarious.

Either way, the four yorkshiremen sketch is my favourite It was called Flying circus, and now for something completely different was a part of every show though. Is the four yorkshiremen the one with the "we used to drink tea out of a rolled up newspaper" part?
