3 days owning mine...so far so good.
Guess I have about 5 months play time left on it before i call M$

Mine is still ok (touch wood) but there is still a huge percentage going wrong like Landen said. I've experienced quite a lot of crashes when going to the friends menu during a multiplayer game as well. It's not perfect by far but I still enjoy playing on it. I just hope mine doesn't fail as well. Oh aye, i love playing on it aswell, thats why Its so frustrating! I neeeeeeed Gears of War damn it. I just bought a 32" HD TV aswell but no 360 to use it with. :'[
