Mc Donnalds 100% beef yeah its beef but only bearly, its the offcuts from the animals the stuff sane people avoid.
The offcuts are thrown into a mincer and then cooked [bearing in mind the meat has already been processed for the good meat]

The chickhen is fine because it cant be reprocessed the same.

no i donot eat mc donald, and i only eat hot dogs which i make myself because i no what gos in to them. who even likes macdonalds it tatse like crap

I've never had a problem with eating McDonald's food I just don't think of what's actually in it.

Take 1 sirloin steak.
Hit it with a meat tenderiser (midnights head), cover with salt + pepper & let to rest for 10 minutes.

Take 1 small ciabatta, cut in half sprinkle with water and chuck in oven for a few minutes to warm through.

Heat a heavy based frying pan until piping hot, add the steak (no oil). Let cook on one side for 3 and half minutes, then turn over and cook for another 3 and half minutes. Take out, wrap in tin foil + leave on a plate.

Throw some (previously chopped up) Red/White Onions into a pan with a bit of butter, fry until soft.

Take the warm ciabatta and spread thinnly with mayonaise (or your preferred sauce) either side, add the warm steak, top with the onions.

Serve with steak chips, peas, and onion rings.

Chow Mein with roast Duck (duck and char siu in BBQ Sauce on a bed of chow mein), or special Curry and special fried rice
