FireFox works perfectly on well made web sites. As should all browsers. If a ste doesn't work right, the developers are probably just lazy or shit.

maybe the information you want to get is made by a shit developer.
EXAMPLE: historian type man wonts to put information of his latest find (which is insignificant to some) on the internet. He hosts his own site with a lack of understanding in I.T.
Later that month, some exsentric in america has a shitty internet browser. he searched desperately for information about this historians latest find. finally, he stumbles across the historians website on some shitty search engine eg. dogpile. the american (being stupid) gets overly excited about the website and enthusiastically clicks on the link. Once he clicked the link - he soon found that his fekin crap browser cant run the slightly obsolete site.
RESULT: american = pissed off = george bush pissed off = nuclear war breaks out = WORLD DESTROYED

I used to get the odd dodgy glitch relating to an advert on this site while using firefox on the mac. But ever since that Ad has gone I haven't had any problems.
I've tried the beta of I.E. 7 and liked the new AA fonts. But that was about it. The only thing I ever use I.E for nowadays is Windows update. There really is no excuse for not using Firefox. Let's just hope they keep it free, regularly updated and great.

What's annoying about firefox? I've never had a problem with it. Maybe I haven't come across the glitches yet.

The font anti-aliasing put me off actually, turning on ClearType in windows has the same effect on FireFox but cant say i like it. Prefer things crisp, just personal preferance I guess.

i gotta say the mozilla browser for ubuntu [debian] linux is much nicer looking than the windows version pitty the media player plugin doesnt work without some serious editing [you have to make it load windows media player through wine and its a bitch to setup :/]
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.
