As far as i'm concerned the entire Xbox 360 is an unstable mess, I can't actually believe MS can sell a product which seems to have a 95% chance of breaking within a year.

Lots of products break within a year, and tbh for the most part my 360 doesnt crash much. Altho knowing sods law mine will now blow a gasket.
But however I do agree that alot of 360's have been breaking which is a piss take, but hell most companies dont build things to last and couldnt give a shit if they break.

The 360 is a piece of shit. I've never owned a console that would break within 6 months. That's bad enough without sending it to be repaired only to get one back in worse condition. Your 360 shouldn't crash AT ALL stan. It's not a PC.

Console gaming is slowly degrading thanks to MS... I only hope Sony and Nintendo can revive it.

My ps2 crashed far more than my 360 does, however I do think its a piss take that peoples hardware is dying as much as it is.
Still its not alone in the fact that some of them are faulty, I remember a very large batch of ps2 power supplys being faulty and catching fire ?
As to sony reviving console gaming, first off they would actually have to price their ****ing console so people can afford it, and lets be honest I have read more than a fair share of ps3 problems, however I can see the wii changing the way we game.

MS have had plenty of time to fix it though, and the brick percentage is far higher then any other console.

AFAIK, everyone with a faulty one. The shit that has happened to me, I've completely lost faith in the 360. I cringe on every loading screen and save as much as possible. I shouldn't be doing this with a console.

When my 360 was ****ed, lots of people said "mines fine/100% reliable", most of those people are now having issues. I agree with Landen. As much as I hate slating something that cost me so much money, the 360 is indeed a POS and MS smell of poo.

My 360 is completely unmodded, havent dropped it etc, havent transported it anywhere. Its been sat in the same place since I got it out of the box and its screwed. Its not m$ bashing, fact is the percentage of 360s that break is incredibly high. My 5 year old PC is more stable ffs.

M$ are retards. Fact. They know exactly what hardware config theyre using and the OS has to be a lot less functional than Windows yet its unstable trash, its shocking - they should be embarassed. Consoles are meant to be user friendly and stable the 360 just isn't. I recommend everyone extends their warranty, I will be when I get mine back.

Mine is still ok (touch wood) but there is still a huge percentage going wrong like Landen said. I've experienced quite a lot of crashes when going to the friends menu during a multiplayer game as well. It's not perfect by far but I still enjoy playing on it. I just hope mine doesn't fail as well.

Aye I agree the amount of 360's microsoft has had die is a stupidly high number and they need to sort it out, however the the 360 aint the first console to crash or die in large numbers, hell my ps2 crashed more than my 360 does, and my ps1 wiped my mem cards more times than i care to think about. Still it is does make you wonder when its time for your 360 to die, however one thing I would say is that the 360 is very user friendly, hell its a piece of piss to use and very intuative its just a pity it crash's so much.
