i jus screwed my xbox up  loaded the splintercell exploit. Installed a softmod. Loaded evolution x as my default dashboard. Made a cd in order to format my new 250 GB hard drive. realised i formatted my original hard drive!!!!!!! :S Now wen i put a disk in, an error 5 appears. When i turn the xbox on normally, an error 13 appears. Any ideas?

EDIT: I might consider plugging the new hard drive into my laptop and installing the new dash from there? After making a slayer cd, of course

Xbox Dashboards, softmod chips, and Exploites are illegal and if you read the thread title you'd know that illegal things arent to be discussed on this site

only certian kind of em are illegal. not all of them. the ones that use altered microsoft codes are plainly illegal. Ones that dont - arent. Talking about them isnt breaking the law either but i can see your point and if ud prefer me not too, i respect dat. doesnt change the fact that im pissed off tho

installing dashboards that alter the xbox copyright or allow use of illegal games is illegal. modchips are illegal regardless of purpose. i am aware that their are several cheat cd's for consoles like the exploder cd's which are fine but then they dont allow the use of illegal games. and the forum does say Anything (Legal) goes that means talking about things which are illegal is disallowd in these forums. and im certain the evolution x dashboard IS illegal. [since the microsoft Development code is not open source! and IS illegal to alter or use without microsofts permission] finding EvolutionX can be challenging. The reason is because it uses hacked Microsoft development code, which some contend is illegal to reproduce.

oh, but i can say what a dashboard is. When you start up your xbox, it comes up with the little green screen - thats the original dashboard.
