Aye I'd also very much like to know what it's like. Worth buying a 360 for?

I read somewhere that on the PC, the menu's are abit too much like consoles. like it was just made for the console and then tweaked abit for the pc etc with not that much thought.
also you need one good specced computer if you wanna run it at a high quality i believe...

I might be wrong but I believe it was designed for the PC and ported to the 360 so if anything it should be more suited to PC users.

Yeah it is, but what I've seen it's also very good on the 360. It all depends on your rig tbh. If you've got a good PC then get it on the PC. If you don't then it'll be best to get it for the 360.

This game is amazing, simply if you love RPGs this is the benchmark. Yes the UI is very Xbox designed (as is the save system) but you get used to it on the PC.
Simply there's no point mentioning what's amazing about this game as everyone will have a different experiance, everyone will have a million little cool stories to tell. If you can think of something you wanted to do in a fantasy game, Oblivion most likely lets you do it.
One tiny example: there's a drunk in town who wants you to find his twin brother..follow the quest chain along and you have to clear their ancestral house in the forest of ogres. When you do this, they both move from town into the forest permanently. Most games ever you would simply get a text saying 'thanks we will move into the house soon' - and they'd stay there saying that for the rest of the game. In Oblivion they move there, and indeed over the next weeks repair the house and furnish it...
This is but a fraction of how detailed this game is, I could simply go on forever about it..

Have found this UI mod for the PC version that is simply brilliant. Simple, all it does is make menu and inventory text and item gfx smaller, so you get more on a page. Map screen is bigger. Small changes but they make a hell of a difference. UI modStrongly advise PC users to install this mod.
