I'VE just got back from cinema - thought it was a pretty good movie - TBH i wish I had refreshed my memory with casino royale before i went in, as I havn't seen that one since the theatre release.
Anyone else seen it yet?

Would love to go but the Wife isn't a Bond fan.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

I went to see it on Sunday, Daniel Craig makes an awesome up to date Bond. I keep getting told at work that's not how Bond is supposed to be, he's meant to be more of a suave character, full of charm and charisma , according to the flemming books. Maybe in his next venture he'll start showing this side, but hopefully not too much because I like his Grittiness. I may take my old man to see it next Wednesday. (BOGOF )

I did hear that the books are actually a bit more 'gritty' are you say, like Daniel Craig or Shaun Connery. I loved Casino Royale, sure I'd like this one.
Personally I did love Roger Moore as bond though, there's nothing wrong with people playing bond differently I guess, as long as the films are good.

Just got back from seeing Quantum of solace. Great film and pretty much more of Casino Royale. I'd definitely say you should refresh your memory before going to see what is pretty much following right on from that. I wish the director didn't cut to a different viewpoint literally every second during the action sequences though. It felt you were watchinga flipbook most of the time and made it hard to follow who was who and what was happening - especially in the darker scenes. Jammin said that to me too. I did like it though... it just would have been better without that.
