that everyone he seems to be shooting is either side of his body so hes always got his arms streched out like some bad ass mofo or the fact he looks silly as agent 47?

The guy who is playing hitman is actually a superb actor, just go watch Deadwood. Sadly this does look fairly dodgy, looks like its directed by mr Boll himself.
