I prefer the current method of displaying the news myself. Depends what you have planned for the rest too.

Aye I much prefer the original mate, this new one I dunno seems a bit cluttered and not as easy to see what each post is about.

The idea is you can see all the latest news posts without having to scroll

You also don't get all the info for screen shot post, so it takes mroe clicks to get to what you want.

Why not just put a latest news or todays news section somewhere so you can see it all without scrolling too if that's what you want to show.

I like it, i was thinking about the no need to scroll down bit before i read the comments,

Normally if i dont like the look of the picture I wont click.

Also I didnt see a shout box on teh new site

Im waiting for ben to jump on this thread now that shout box has been mentioned, lol

I'm thinking we might go for something along the lines for the top 2-3 items as we have them already and the rest in the new style instead of just a list.

up to you but I still think that it would be better to have it as it is but just have a "latest news" or "todays news" and have that shown on the right or something... then it keeps it looking the same but also highlights stuff near the top so people can see at a glance what's new without the scrolling that you're trying to get rid of if they prefer.

I think perhaps that you lot are not the right people to ask ;-)
