It should be stable at that. Personally I'd leave it be.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Is it easy to OC core 2 duo's? I royally ****ed up doing it with my Opteron, if it is, i can save a few quid on a new cpu when the time comes!

Yep 3Ghz is plenty mate & the difference in real world performance if you go to 3.2 or 3.4 is going to be negligible ( well 3.4 GHz might be worth a go if you cant keep your temps & voltage at a reasonable level ) personally I tend to keep the voltage at standard & OC to the CPU's limit & then add a tiny bit of voltage to guarantee the stability . Just remember Voltage & heat = reduced life span .

Spit, that looks like the generic Winblows blue screen, probably a software issue, did you google it? also check out some forums regarding your mobo, memory and cpu, your bound to find some nice resources
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

Holy shit Shags - that's a deep kernel phasar melt down , its shaged mate you over cooked the back-plane core . I would start saving for an new CPU as the one you have will now read & write corrupt data . Man that was bad luck as the back-plane serves all four cores ...
Jammin - the AMD's are harder but I know how to configre them if you want some help

heh you probably don't have enough voltage hence the Windows error , give it a couple of clicks more voltage .
