Finally got my new pc built and running fine,i was on a very tight budget,but im impressed with what i got and how it runs,

Specs are as follows:-

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
Asus M2n-sli Deluxe Atx Socket Am2 Nvidia Nforce 570 Sli Mcp 8gb Ddr2 Sata2 Dual Gigabit Lan Audio
Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL5(5-5-5-12) Heat Spreader
Seagate 250GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200RPM 16MB Cache
LG GSA-H55LBL 20X DVD±RW/DL/Ram LightScribe
Arctic Power 550W PSU With PCI-E SATA, 20+4 ATX12V 8pin +12V Connectors
Inno3D 8800GT OC edition 512MB Dual DVI PCI-E Graphics Card

Plus other basic shit, im really impressed with it tbh, vista score of 5.6 (HD let me down,but hey ho )

will order another 2gb next month aswell

That's the same RAM I've got. I have 2 x 2x1gb kits, so 4 sticks, and no matter what I try it refuses to accept a 4th stick, so I'm stuck on 3gb. I might try flashing my BIOS.

Looks like it's a motherboard problem, rather than the RAM. Going to try the fix now!

I have the same card WUD & its a screamer ! Runs totally cool and stable @ 730 / 2000 Ram & god knows what the shader clocks are but just turn the fan up to 50% & the temp stays at around 65c even playing Crysis ( which I finished on Very high setting apart from post processing & shadows which where set to high) .
