Wow Maz that's so insightful, No one has ever put it to me like that before.
The thought and wisdom that went into that post was amazing and the simplicity was the stuff of ledged, the way you used the grater than sign to cut down on characters, just wow.
I was an avid Internet explorer user but now I am in a spin, this new found knowledge makes me want to swap preferences and make the switch.
I just hope someone does not put man > girls as I may have to gay up.
Once again thank you for your will thought out comment.

Re0, i wrote that as its simple truth FF > IE7
From reading the article - in every single aspect the bbc article seems to indicate that Firefox 2.0 is better than IE7 if only because its slightly quicker and easier to use. And has more inbedded features, oh and a nicer interface, and better security.

lol your right Craig I am a IE fanboy I like sticking up for the under dogs If its truth that your after then IE>FF as there is a much bigger user base (about 20%). Granted it does not conform to standards and it's a pain for developers but FF is not perfect (like WTF at thinking white space is a XML node?) Anyway I use both but find IE looks nicer and has better integration and I don't trust a browser that's gulled together with JavaScript but that's just me. I haven't read anything yet about the security in respect to IE7 vs. Fire fox. I guess at the end of the day you need both browsers to help drive each other.

I sorry but it has to be said if you get a virus/ spyware using IE7 (the version everyone should be using now, as its a priority update) then your an idiot that clicks "yes install" to any thing. The only reason other than personal choise to use FireFox in my eyes is if you have a hookie copy of XP and cant get the security updates, and if thats the case dont go crying to Microsoft coz your a theif.

No offence meant mate but utter bullshit, maybe IE7 is better I dont use it, but IE6 which has been around for years is the most buggy unsecure shite I have EVER used, you dont have to do jackshit or click yes or anything for half the shite to get on your system. As for only using firefox cos you aint got a legit system thats just utter shite as well, I have firefox on every single pc I own all with completely legit and bought versions of windows. How the hell your system aint chock ablock full of shite I have no idea Reo as you seem to have used IE no matter what all the time, hell maybe it is and you just aint noticed it. Might be a idea to actually install a anti virus and some anti spyware stuff. Go do some reading about just how unsecure and buggy Internet Explorer was and is.
