When a font is small enough you dont see the difference of bold text, the names ARE bold but the text is so small it doesnt appear bold. Mine looks the same as JamSam's screenshot. I think the reason its okay for you mani is you appear to have font smoothing turned on in windows which uses an anti-aliasing type effect which seems to allow for bold text that small. Personally I wouldnt use font smoothing unless I had a TFT, which is what its really intended for. Maybe make the names one size bigger, see how it looks.
