Yes!, atlast!, and other expressions of joyous delight.

Doom 3 now has an "official release date", DOOM 3: The Legacy is going to be released on June 14th 2004.

It will be released in America and in Europe at the same time.

But and a BIG but the site I found the news in is foreign to me so I don't know its authenticity.

This is the day we all have been waiting for. Activision England finally confirms the official release date for the next blockbuster game from id Software .
Read more for date and price(its not the cheapest game you've seen).

I do hope this is true

Not sure if this is true or not, was going to post it this morning but the sources didnt seem very solid to say the least.. hopefully they'll be something more offical

heh there is an update on the site that started this rumour (gameware.at) saying its a very optimistic date and """no guarantee""", ahem hehe

Yeah fingers crossed though, would be nice to have a great fps game out now, not really playing anything at the moment.. completed farcry and painkiller..... NEXT!! hehe
