The official Homefront community portal now has an extensive blog post which reveals the specs for the PC version of the game and all sorts of other important information pertaining specifically to the PC port of the game.

Most importantly, it's a Steamworks game, supports dedicated servers and doesn't require some sort of state of the art PC to run.
