EA have today revealed that the first Battlefield: Bad Company 2 expansion pack Bad Company 2 Vietnam will be released on December 21st although EA Store and Steam will have it exclusively from the 18th.

We also got the latest patch for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 today which paves the way for Vietnam and also the VIP Map Pack 7 which will get it's release tomorrow, December 1st.

The Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam digital multiplayer expansion pack takes all of the intensity, action and addictive gameplay of the multi-million selling Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and ups the ante with new weapons, vehicles, achievements and trophies. Featuring four all-new maps playable in classic Battlefield modes including Conquest and Rush, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam will be available for £9.99 or 1200 MS points.

Even before the release of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam, fans have reason to rejoice as DICE releases VIP Map Pack 7 on December 1, 2010. This DLC package includes four multiplayer maps never before available in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 including reworked versions of fan favorites Oasis and Harvest Day from Battlefield: Bad Company. This map pack is free to owners of the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 PC game and console players who registered their VIP code.
