GTA is being blamed again for the murder of 3 people, always good too lay the blame somewhere I suppose www.cbsnews.com. Thanks Evilavatar who summed it up perfectly.

I think I speak for gamers everwhere when I say "**** off, pricks. We're not all brainwashed violent retards who kill things because of games. We can tell fantasy from reality. The people were crazy before they ever laid their hands on a videogame."

That sentence says it all, obviously some are, games are clearly not 100% to blame, but they don't help either. It's obvious that letting a poorly educated 10 year old play GTA is not exactly wise. Particularly in a culture that has such easy access to firearms.

The same can be said for films though. The problem lies with the parents. They shouldn't be allowing their children to view/play these films/games if they are below the certificate age.

some people are mature enough to play these games but to be honest a lot of 18+ yeaer olds i dont think can handle playing violent games. but, hey, thats people for you i suppose!
