Microsoft and Epic Games today officially announced the third and final (in this story arc) Gears of War title, Gears of War 3 will come to to the Xbox 360 exclusively on April the 8th 2011. Here's a few Gears of War 3 screenshots to whet your appetite for the trailer which will be posted shortly.

"This is definitely the biggest and most dramatic chapter yet in the 'Gears of War’ saga, and we can’t wait to deliver it."
