2k Games and developer YAGER today announced Spec Ops: The Line, a third person shooter for PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 set in a fictional Dubai that's been ruined by huge sand storms. Spec Ops: The Line is set for release some time after November 1st, 2010.
