Here's a first set of Singularity screenshots, I don't really know a lot about Raven's FPS title, other than it's got something to do with manipulating time and Activision are publishing it.

So let me take a guess from the screen shots, Russia used a time machine so they became the dominant super power, so America sent some one with the time manipulation device to sort it out and hilarity ensues. sound about right?
