Grand Ages: Rome Characterization Screenshots  by Craig D at 00:14

PC
A first in Haemimont Games' series of Roman era strategy titles is the ability to create your own character in the upcoming Grand Ages: Rome. The finished game is due in March.

GRAND AGES: ROME offers players the ability to pick their own character and gender from one of five prominent Roman families - Aemilii, Valerii, Lucii, Flavii, or Julii. Selecting a family is an important choice - take care to read the family descriptions carefully. Families have differing traits, which in turn affect their strengths and weaknesses. You will be prompted to create or select a new character when starting a new campaign, free build map, or multiplayer game.

Your character will develop over time, gaining personal wealth and talent points, which can be used to improve their military and city building abilities, as well as providing initial resources for missions.

Here's a half a dozen Grand Ages: Rome screenshots to illustarte the feature.
