LittleBigPlanet DLC Revealed  by Craig D at 23:26

Playstation
The beta of LittleBigPlanet might well be kicking up a storm already and the game is due next week but Sony has already announced two set of downloadable content that are in the pipeline.

The first due this December features are old friend Snake from Konami's Metal Gear Solid games and the second will feature Sephiroth from Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII, although this pack does not yet have a release date.

These two featured costumes are only one of the items included in each of the downloadable add-ons. Each exciting pack will include additional costumes and items, and will be available for purchase by download at the PlayStation®Store in all regions, including Japan, Europe, and North America. Further details and announcements will be made as their release approaches.

The much-anticipated October 24th launch of LittleBigPlanet is just around the corner. These add-on collaborations showcasing major PS3® stars are just two examples of the ways in which the LittleBigPlanet platform offers limitless possibilities when combined with the power of imagination and linked to the network.

So it's definitely coming out on the 24th ? The beta I played was great fun but the multiplayer was really laggy sometimes. I hope they've got that sorted !
