Perhaps not the most surprising thing to come out of the Tokyo Game Show so far is the revealing of Halo 3: Recon, coming next Autumn (2009) it appears to be a Halo 3 prequel of sorts with the action taking place directly before the events of Halo 3 anyway, the twist being that the main character does not appear to be Master Chief himself, but a 'new hero'.
