Somewhat after the games full release, but better late than never, a demo of CD Projekt's RPG The Witcher has been released, a list of mirrors for the 2GB download can be found on the official site.

While not perfect I thought this game was not bad at all, and quite engrossing once you get a few hour into it.

I really wanted to try this, but there were simply too many good games out around the same time. We've been spoilt for choice in the final quarter of thsi year
