Well what type of site would we be if we didn't bring you snippets of information concerning this years E3, so here is quick round-up of the big shakers and quakers this year.
Nintendo look like they are going to keep ahold of there coveted #1 position in the portable gaming market with news of there Nintendo DS, "The new portable game machine will revolutionise game play with two screens, a touch-screen input, voice recognition and wireless communication." And what would a Nintendo be without a new Super Mario game.
MonsterGecko bring news of a new mouse, specifically designed for hardcore FPS gamers, "The PistolMouse FPS offers players faster reaction speed and better precision with its realistic pistol styling, multiple anodised aluminium triggers, over-size selectable scroll wheel, ergonomic hand position, and high-resolution optical tracking." I have a picture in my mind of a handgun on wheels as the actual mouse ;-)
Sony have announced a price cut on the PS2, bringing the price down to $149, someone want to convert that into sterling?.
If you are like me are mostly only interested in the games that will be previewed, funnily enough most of the hot games are follow ups, Halo 2 from Microsoft, Half-Life 2 from Valve Software and Gran Turismo 4 from Sony.
If I remember correctly these games were showcased last year, so will we be here in 12 months time still waiting for these games ?.
Well there is so much news going on at E3 I could spend all day writing about it, so just head over to the official site to find out more.
