THQ today announced Saints Row 2, the sequel to last year's open world title from Volition, Inc. The second title is due for both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2008 and features a larger city, more vehicles, on-line co-op and competitive multiplayer. The official site is also now on-line at saintsrow2.com but contains very little other than a single dark and menacing screenshot.
