PC Bioshock Demo Available Tonight!!  by Scott S at 19:01

PC
At last, the long awaited demo for the PC of 2K Games Bioshock will be available tonight. While Fileplanet subscribers can Pre-Load the demo, most of us will have to settle with staying up until 1am should we wish to be amongst the first to get hold of it. Of course if you're in North America you can actually download and play the full game from midnight tonight too.

It should also be made aware that ATI and Nvidia are suggesting gamers download and install their new sets of drivers, which have also been made available today.

Same here, just to see if my PC can handle it. I have the 360 demo and its impressive - the water effects are pretty cool

Just played it, not sure i noticed it looking better than the 360 version but it didnt look any worse either. Frame rate was solid apart from one instance of slowdown. I'm sure it would look better at a higher res than 1280x1024 cry, might slap it on the LCD to see what it looks like.

One thing i did notice was mouse acceleration, im sure the bugger was on and i hate it! wasn't any option to turn it off either.
