Xbox 360 Price Cut  by Craig D at 13:15

XBox
Microsoft has today announced that the Xbox 360 will have it's price cut by $50 from tomorrow, unfortunately right now this is only in the USA, while it isn't mentioned, this is clearly timed to coincide with the availability of the 80gb PS3 and the sales improvement brought by the cheaper 60gb version.

The Xbox 360 Core system will now cost $279.99, Premium $349.99 and the black Elite version $449.99, a special edition Halo 3 version is also planned for September priced at $399.99.

Featuring an authentic Spartan green-and-gold finish, this console will include a matching Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, Xbox 360 20GB hard drive, Xbox 360 Headset, an Xbox 360 Play and Charge Kit, and more.
