I don't normally link to hardware reviews, but since I know a few of you are considering one of these AGP cards as an upgrade to older systems, it's more than useful.
Teamhardware.com takes a look at XFX's offfering and are suitably impressed.

The card performs outstanding. For this price there is no better. If you were to buy an AGP card now to upgrade your somewhat older system you can't go wrong with the XFX GeForce 6600 GT AGP. All games performed great. Ok maybe not in the highest resolution but common 1280 x 1024 is great as well. If you really need that extra bit of power you could choose to overclock the card and squeeze out 10% more.
