Fileplanet have a promo page up announcing that the Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars demo is due soon. It doesn't say when but Voodoo Extreme seem to think its next week which would not surprise me.

Maybe it tells you when if your a Fileplanet subscriber, unfortunately I'm not.
