Who said sitting at a PC for 4 hrs constantly refreshing the Press Release page of a certain developer was a complete waste of time? Not me, thats for sure. The hard work payed off in the end as you can see.

Blizzard have stated that WoW will be released by the end of the Month in North America on November 23, 2004. World of Warcraft will launch simultaneously in Australia and New Zealand.

It also states that release in Korea/Europe and other countries and throughout Asia 'shortly following'.

There has been alot of talk recently and its expected release was the end of the month, so it seems the rumours are true for once. Although we will have to wait and see how close to the US release the 'Shortly Following' actually is.

Ive already ordered Everquest 2, so it seems im going to be busy over the festive period.
