ign has a preview of Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, the source engined vampire roleplaying game from Troika which should ship shortly after Half-Life 2.

The voice acting is also solid across the board, even with the bit characters, although we should mention that some of these folks use salty language. Bloodlines definitely isn't an all-ages affair, and nothing makes that clear more than an early scene where you have to fight to the death with a serial killer wielding a severed arm. It's not Manhunt, but it does have its darker moments.

Could well be worth a look.
