Miyamoto Talks Wii  by James B at 15:46

Nintendo
Interesting little interview over at businessweek.com, where Nintendo legend Miyamoto talks about the development process of the Wii. Miyamoto notes that if the the DS had failed, Nintendo would never have made the Wii.

The DS prepared the way for the Wii. The DS's unique interface had traction with nongamers. That made us think we had a shot at reaching a broader audience. But if the DS had flopped, we might have taken the Wii back to the drawing board.
