There's a post in the Far-Cry forums talking about patch plans for Far Cry 1.2.

The list is quite extensive, suffice to say it's the usual list of balance tweaks and bug fixes.

I do like Far-Cry, though the mulitplayer is a bit dull. I'm holding out for a few quality mods in the cry-engine though, it's far an away the best game engine currently in use. If you haven't tried the game yet, you should.
