Seems that if you live in the USA you can pre-order Neverwinter Nights 2 from either GameStop or Best Buy and will receive the Neverwinter Nights 2 toolset a full month before the game ships and also something called the "Merchant's Friend" which is apparently enables players to obtain powerful items.

There's no news as the whether this pre-order offer will be available in the UK. Neverwinter Nights 2 will ship worldwide in October.
