At the Leipzig Games Convention a few days ago, Microsoft made the startling claim that both Pro Evolution 6 and FIFA 07 were to be Xbox 360 exclusives for 12months. However 1up.com spoke with series creator Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka who confirmed that Microsoft were being misleading.

"The presentation was misleading," he told us. "We never said exclusive for one year on the next-gen platforms. We said this year. We were agreed that it was this year."

So only 360 exclusive until the end of this year. The next obvious question is - will FIFA 07 turn out to be less exclusive than we thought too?
