First Network Card For Gamers?  by James W at 18:08

PC
Bigfoot Networks have announced their new network card aimed at gamers. The card makes use of a 400MHz processor and 64MB ram to take load off the CPU. It is said to use UltimatePing and PingThrottle technology to lower pings and prioritises network traffic for games instead of background downloads. There are no prices available yet but should be available from August 16th.

"ingThrottle technology allows users to increase or decrease ping accordingly. GameFirst Technology prioritizes network packets for games instead of background downloading utilities such as BitTorrent."

Excuse me, unless you are a complete moron you would turn off your torrent downloads before online gaming! Jeeezzz!
