the AQ opening event rocked though, so anything similar to that will be fun Plus it's free, and there's lots of class changes with talent trees etc.

MMOs arent free though grant! Blizzard offer very poor service for the money they make.

it's been out a little over 1 year (it came out last May or so I believe) and no they're not free malis but blizzard don't offer a poor service in any way i've seen. Care to mention how you think it's poor ? For the amount of playability you can get for £2 a week I think it's pretty decent.

No decent content for level 60s. Very poor class reviews - sometimes I wonder if the devs even played the game. UTTER SHITE servers - i can't count the amount of times my guild was unable to raid because the lag was unplayable. For teh amount of money they rake in it's a crime. Then on top of that they release these world event patches without implementing server upgrades.

When AQ opened nobody on my server could do anything for 3-4 hours due to the strain of the server, which crashed 8 times. They implement basic features now (like keychains etc) that should of been in retail. Very unhelpful phone support when i had to contact them about my account being mis-charged. Level 60 raids are a joke, boring gameply combined with poorly pigeon-holed class roles (i pity paladins in MC)

God the rogue specific content they added in BWL was a piss-take: here stand in a room and click on a trap every 8seconds while the rest of the raid fights. Thanks Blizz. How about fixing dodge to work while you're at it? Since the game was implemented the dodge tooltip reads: 'dodge melee and ranged attacks.' But you can only dodge melee. That's why hunters rape rogues 24/7 in pvp. But blizzard in their wisdom kept itemising items with +dodge%.

I played this game since release. 1-60 it's the best MMO there is. But when you hit 60 and finish MC and BWL you realise what a piss-take blizzard are. The only reason people raid week in week out is that they're addicted to the loot grind. Blizzard are too lazy to implement anything sensible. I quit WoW when for the fourth week in a row my guild sat in IF for 70% of teh raid week, twiddling our thumbs and hoping the servers would be ok.

I've no regrets about playing up to level 60. But once you get that far Blizard have you, and to be honest their incompetence wasted many of my evenings, and indeed my money.

yeah, I can agree with most of that, but if you only raid and don't play PVP too it could be boring. The expansion will at least add that and as I said it's only been out a little over a year so it's not too bad really unless you totally hammered the game and got everything out of it in 6 months. I still play it and find it fun with groups of friends pvp'ing.

Plus to their credit they have managed to make the most succesful MMORPG around at this time with no experience in the genre, and they've made a damn fine one up to a point. Nearly all games get boring after a while though and I can't think of any single player games that are worth the same money that Blizzard charge etc, you can't get that much constant play for £2 a week anywhere else.

If your going to moan so much about it its quite simple dont play it. Its an absolutely shit game anyway and to quite richard and judy its worse than crack.
