Microsoft today announced that the Cadillac V-Series Collection of performancevehicles are avauilable for download for Project Gotham Racing 3 on Xbox live for free, the collection also offers the chance to get the "Cadillac Elite" gamer picture by breaking into one of the specific car's top 100 scores.
